Product Introduction
  1. The machine body is cast in high-quality iron using a single-cast molding process, complemented by automotive paint treatment for a sleek appearance.
  2. Equipped with an automatic variable load system, it enables one-touch load variation, fundamentally resolving issues caused by users selecting incorrect force values during testing, thus facilitating users and eliminating operational hazards.
  3. Built-in initial test force protection device, achieving precise control over the initial test force. When the user rotates the screw handwheel to bring the workpiece into contact with the indenter at the correct height, the initial test force protection device emits a braking signal to lock the screw in advance, preventing operational errors.
  4. With temperature measurement function, digital temperature measurement circuit for long-term stable and reliable operation.
  5. The maximum and minimum hardness values can be set. An alarm sounds if the test value exceeds the set range.
  6. Includes software hardness value correction function, allowing direct correction of hardness values within a certain range.
  7. Features a database function that automatically groups and saves test data, with each group capable of storing 10 data points, totaling more than 2000 data points.
  8. Offers hardness value curve display function, visually presenting changes in hardness values.
  9. The database automatically records parameters such as scale, test force, hardness value, and temperature.
  10. The system automatically calculates the maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation of hardness values for each group.
  11. Can automatically convert units for all hardness scales.
  12. Equipped with a wireless Bluetooth printer and capable of data output through RS232 and USB (optional) ports.
  13. Includes an independent small lighting lamp for convenient user operation in poor lighting conditions.
  14. Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
