  1. The machine body is cast in one piece using casting technology and undergoes prolonged aging treatment. Compared to panel assembly processes, it exhibits minimal deformation during long-term use and can adapt to various harsh environments.

  3. Capable of conducting Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers three kinds of hardness tests with seven test forces to meet various hardness testing requirements.
  4. Rockwell hardness values are directly displayed on the touchscreen, while Brinell and Vickers hardness values are measured using a high-definition optical system and displayed on the screen.
  5. The test force application is controlled by a motor, reducing human operational errors during loading, unloading, and holding processes.
  6. Leveraged force application and frictionless main shaft ensure high precision of test force.
  7. Features automatic correction for cylindrical and spherical surfaces with corresponding prompts.
  8. Maximum and minimum hardness values can be set, triggering an alarm when the test value exceeds the set range.
  9. Equipped with software for correcting hardness values within a certain range.
  10. Database function automatically stores test data in groups, with each group capable of storing 10 sets of data, accommodating over 2000 data sets.
  11. Offers hardness value curve display function, providing a visual representation of hardness value changes.
  12. The database automatically records scale, test force, hardness values, temperature, and other parameters.
  13. The number of test points per group can be freely set within the range of 1 to 10.
  14. The system automatically calculates the maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation for each group of hardness values.
  15. Convenient control system allowing automatic unit conversion across the entire hardness scale.
  16. Equipped with a printer and supports data output through RS232 and USB interfaces (optional).
  17. Features an independent small-sized lighting lamp for convenient user operation in low light conditions.
